There is a gap between our life expectancy and our healthy life expectancy, which is an average of 15 years.

Consequently, this means most people spend the last fifteen years of their lives in ill health, suffering from one or more chronic diseases.

We have come to believe that as we get older, we also get sicker as there are many chronic diseases that we often associate with age: Diabetes, heart disease, obesity, cancer, Alzheimer, anxiety and depression, to name just a few.

However, the latest research has shown that these diseases are preventable and highly influenced by our lifestyle.

Which means getting old does not mean getting sick.

Living a healthy and happy life is possible no matter how old you are.

But unfortunately, our current health system is not a "health system" but rather a "sick system".

Most efforts and expenses go towards the treatment of diseases instead of the preservation of health and the prevention of those conditions in the first place.

How wonderful would it be to decrease the gap and live a life in complete   physical, mental and social well being even if you are 70, 80, 90 or 100 years old?

How wonderful for you, your partner, family and children?

The
key factor
to achieve this
is to
prevent or reverse

  Insulin Resistance
